The idea behind the NikeFuel algorithm is that it creates a shift in a person’s focus while they’re training or working out, and in general activity levels throughout the day.
Instead of thinking about how much energy a person is burning, the Fuel system focuses on how much activity they are accumulating, while also allowing for a context for comparison with others.
