“The demand for design is spreading into new categories, as well as in the usual refinement and detailing in the traditional side of product design. This is because, basically, nowadays people are smart!

“Twenty years ago people didn’t know what good design was. Today they know a lot about design, and many people are writing essays about design. So if you are not careful and you create a bad design, they will publish articles about it and let the whole world know!”
